Parkinson’s: Life in Balance

The Parkinson’s Community Los Angeles, presents a free event: “Parkinson’s: Life in Balance.” A wellness retreat for people with Parkinson’s Disease and care partners focused on better living strategies.

This retreat includes a keynote presentation by Melita Petrossian, MD: Tips on Living with PD – Management of Non-Motor Systems, a focus on life improving strategies. Concurrent breakout sessions for PWP and care partners will address the psycho social daily struggles by using complimentary techniques for coping.

PCLA will provide free massage chair therapists offering relaxation therapy at the event.
